Information about Course Choices

We require that you take at least one computing course (CS) per semester.

The software engineering project CS3015 runs for the full academic year (both half sessions).
We recommend this course to students coming for the full year, because students work in a group of 6 to create a project.

Erasmus/Socrates students may be allowed to take projects. if they meet the following conditions:

The information from the university about the timing of courses is, at best, approximate: courses have had their time changed quite late.
The courses taken by home students will be available together: other combinations may work, but often do not.

When you come to Aberdeen, you will have an interview with an advisor of studies, who will tell you the current state of the timetable.
The advisor will also register your chosen courses with the University of Aberdeen.
